• You can deliver the product(s) you want to return, together with its INVOICE or ORDER NUMBER, to the relevant return courier company branches with which the seller has an agreement, by using the FREE return code belonging to the seller, which you can access from the “Orders” section of the “My Account” page.

• You can return a product with its invoice or delivery note within 14 DAYS. In case of exceeding 14 days, no refund can be made.

• The product/products that you want to return must be packaged COMPLETELY AND undamaged together with the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, and invoice.

• After the package reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked. If the product complies with the return conditions, the return process is completed within 14 DAYS. If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it is sent back to its address by informing the party.

• The reflection time of the refunded amount on the card depends on the bank. If you paid with a credit card, your refund amount will be reflected on your card within an average of 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS – although it varies according to the banks. In debit cards, the reflection period of the refund is longer in the account. For purchases made in installments, the entire fee is returned to the bank at once. The refund to the card by the bank is made in the same amount as the number of installments.

Return Policy

• Returns of opened and used products are not accepted.

• In case the package is damaged (torn, wet, defective, etc.), you can return your order by keeping a "Damage Determination Report" to the cargo officer. The relevant minutes are available at the cargo officer. You can send faulty products to our return address in this way.

• In accordance with the hygiene rules, underwear, swimwear/swimsuit shorts, bikini (top - bottom) products with the hygiene tape removed, socks, jewelry, cosmetics, etc. NO RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE ON PRODUCTS.

• Barcode definitions based on the originality of all products are provided from production. For this reason, the originality of the returned products can be determined from the barcodes.
