When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the cargo report, please check whether there is any damage or problems in the box of your product. If there is damage or deficiency for any reason, there is an opening in the duct tape, please return your box to the cargo officer with a request to keep a record without signing any documents related to the delivery. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. We are not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products in the case of the delivery of the products whose box is damaged and the contents of which are claimed to be missing.
